I recently stumbled upon this fantastic recipe here and here, and it sounded so promising that I spontaneously decided to give it a try on an early Wednesday afternoon. Turns out that vegan baking is totally my thing, and those little guys are yummy as cookie heaven!
- Take one banana and mash it, then add one cup of oats and finally mix in some interesting ingredients you might find in your storage cupboard. (I used raisins, but I imagine nuts, coconut shreds, cinnamon or dark vegan chocolate must be great as well.)
- Take a spoon and scoop about nine little balls on a cooking tray. (You might want to use baking paper so that they don't get stuck on the tray.)
- Put them in the oven (at approx. 190ÂșC) for about 20 minutes, until they are slightly golden on top. And there you go!
I'm just going to claim that they are good for your physiological and psychological well-being. Definitely a super efficient bait for the upcoming exam period!
